The sorting production process of Bottle Unscrambler is to provide the bottles material, lifting track to add the bottles into the bottle arranging tray from step by step, and prevent the bottles from entering each round hole of the bottle, arranging the tray through the rotation of the bottle arranging tray. Through the sorter and the corrector, each bottle is transported to the direction of the mouth upward, and finally the bottles are transported to the device of the next counting machine production line through the conveying track in the sequence.

This Bottle Unscrambler is different from the other counterparts, our this new machine uses the Siemens PLC touch control system, and the production parameters and the requirements can be adjusted directly on the PLC screen.

The rear type material storage box of the Bottle Unscrambler can prevent the bottles from being piled up and prevent disordered. It is quite convenient to replace and maintain the bottle sorting tray. We have set up the the special torsion bar, which can be easily adjusted by the twisting.
