The feeding of the vertical cartoning machine is generally divided into three inlets: the inlet of the manual, the inlet of the medicine bottle and the inlet of the machine package box. The whole process from the feeding of machine package box to the final packaging can be roughly divided into four stages: lower the box, open, fill and close the cover. Usually, a suction cup sucks a carton from the carton feeding port and descends to the main line of carton loading. The carton is fixed by a guide rail clamping position and opened by a push plate. At the same time, two movable clamping positions will rise from below and clamp the side of the carton from the front and rear direction, so that the box is opened at a right angle and moved forward to the loading area. After filling the filling area, the mechanism of the machine will fold the ears into the left and right guide rails, and then close the cover. Before closing the cover, the mechanism will first bend the tongue of the carton, and then a push plate will push the box cover to bend, so that the tongue can be inserted into the box and locked. The closing action is a key action. The completion is closely related to the structure of the carton and the accuracy of machine adjustment.

The working principle of vertical cartoning machine is as follows:

(1) The vertical cartoning machine automatically puts the products into the product conveying ship, which is driven by the conveying chain;

(2) The detection device detects the products in the conveying ship, controls the origami machine, sucks down a manual at an appropriate time, folds it and then transmits it to the bottom of the ship with products for clamping;

(3) After detecting the products in the ship and the instructions under the ship, the detection device controls the box suction and opening device to suck a carton from the box storage rack at an appropriate time, then rotate and open it, and transport it to the front of the corresponding ship with products and instructions by the box conveyor chain;

(4) The push rod conveying chain of the vertical cartoning machine drives the push rod to move. At the same time, the push rod pushes the products and instructions into the relevant boxes under the action of the guide rail. While the box is transmitted to the discharge port of the machine, the relevant parts are bent, folded and plugged, and the box is completely sealed, so the whole packaging process is completed.
