1. Working principle of high-speed tablet press

The upper and lower punches of the full-automatic tablet press are driven by the punch plate and move from left to right along the upper and lower guide rails respectively. When the punch moves to the filling section, the upper punch moves upward to bypass the forced feeder. At the same time, the lower punch of the rotary tablet press moves downward under the action of the pull-down cam. At this time, the upper surface of the lower punch forms a cavity with the die hole, The powder particles are filled into the cavity of the middle die hole after being stirred by the forced feeder impeller, and excessive filling is formed when the lower punch passes through the low point of the pull-down cam. The punch of the tablet press continues to move with the punch plate, and the lower punch gradually moves upward when passing through the filling cam, and pushes the excess powder particles in the cavity out of the middle die hole into the quantitative section. In the quantitative section, the upper surface of the filling cam is horizontal, and the lower punch maintains a horizontal motion state. The quantitative scraper scrapes out the excess powder particles on the upper surface of the middle die, ensuring the consistent filling amount of powder particles in each middle die hole. In order to prevent the powder in the middle mold hole from being thrown out, a cover plate is installed behind the quantitative scraper. The lower punch is pulled down by the lower punch protection cam of the tablet machine, and the upper punch also moves downward under the action of the lower pressing cam. When the middle die hole moves out of the cover plate, the upper punch enters the middle die hole. When the punch passes through the preloading wheel, it completes the preloading action and then continues to pass through the main pressure wheel. After the compaction action is completed through the extrusion of the main pressure wheel, it moves up through the tablet cam, moves up through the upper punch, pushes up through the lower punch, and pushes the pressed tablets out of the middle die hole. The tablets enter the tablet discharging device to complete the whole tablet pressing process.

2. Transmission system and characteristics of high-speed tablet press
