At the meeting, the person in charge of each department recommended and all employees to vote on the spot, counted the votes in a fair, open and fair manner, published the list, and awarded awards to the colleagues who made outstanding progress this time. After the award, the new colleague of the winner's family spoke. She said that she did not make any outstanding contributions, but just did her own work well. The affirmation of the leaders and colleagues on her work will also encourage me to make better achievements in my future work.
At the end of the commendation meeting, Fu Haoran, the general manager of the company, delivered an important speech.
