Why Do Splits Occur In Tablet Press Working?
What is the split situation, that means that the tablets falls off after being pushed out of the die hole of the tablet press machine. So why the split occurs, mostly because there are too many fine material. When the tablet press machine has air during compression, when there is no pressing pressure, the air expands and eventually will cause splintering.

A more scientific design of the prescription could effectively prevent the phenomenon splitting, and a good amount of lubricant also could be added to change the pressure distribution and prevent splitting.
