Treatment Of Some Fault Differences Of Tablet Press Machine
During the use of the rotary tablet press, some minor faults occur due to careless maintenance or improper operation of the operator. The solutions are summarized as follows:
Fault 1: The upper and lower pressing wheel shafts of the rotary tablet press move
Solution: The pressure wheel shaft is worn due to oil failure. If the wear is slight, add oil after repair. If the wear is serious, replace it immediately.
Fault 2: The track on the tablet press is worn
Solution: the dry grinding caused by the oil cut-off of the tablet press resulted in slight damage to the track surface, which should be repaired in time, and replaced if the damage is serious.
Only engine oil can be used for lubrication between the track and the ram of the full-automatic tablet press, 30 # gear oil or air compressor oil can be used, and it shall be coated once with a brush before starting.
If there is too much dust and the rotary tablet press lifts and flushes, causing wear on the upper rail, the granulation process should be changed to ensure that the particle content (above 100 meshes) does not exceed 10%.
Fault 3: The weight difference exceeds the standard Solution: the feeder is worn or installed incorrectly. Please replace the feeder if it is worn. In case of improper installation, timely adjust.
