Analysis of the Reasons Affecting the Counting Accuracy of Electronic Tablet Counting Machine
1. Factors of electronic tablet counting machine:
(1) The design of the silo of the counting machine does not take into account that the change of gravity will affect the fluidity and sorting of the materials in the oscillating plate. Because the more the material is, the higher the center of gravity of the material will be, which will increase the fluidity of the material, causing the overlapping materials to enter the detection channel before they can be separated, resulting in inaccurate number of particles. With the reduction of the material, its center of gravity will decrease, which will reduce the fluidity of the material, which may cause the speed of counting particles to become slower.
(2) The drop between the baffle of the tablet counting machine and the feeding port is too large, the falling time of the material is too long, and the material rotates in the feeding port and cannot fall into the packaging bottle in time, resulting in inaccurate counting.
(3) Since the feeding port of the tablet counting machine is made of plexiglass, when the material falls freely from the detection channel, static electricity is generated by high-speed rotation and friction in the shield. Another reason is that some traditional Chinese medicine ingredients are particularly prone to static electricity during the friction process. Due to static electricity, the material is adsorbed on the feeding port, so that the effective number of falling into the bottle is reduced, resulting in inaccurate number of particles.
⑷ If the baffle is not pushed out in place, it cannot completely block the material. When the baffle is opened, there are still materials passing through the baffle, causing the number of particles to be inaccurate.
⑸ The position of the feeding port of the tablet counting machine is incorrect, and the bottle mouth cannot be completely stuck, so that the material cannot all fall into the packaging bottle smoothly, resulting in inaccurate counting.
⑹ When installing and adjusting the counting machine, the level of the oscillating plate is adjusted and tilted forward, so that when the oscillating plate stops vibrating, the material will naturally slide down into the detection channel and cause miscounting.
2. Human factors:
①The operator did not preheat the machine before starting the machine according to the requirements of the operating procedures;
②The operator did not replenish the material in the silo in time during the operation of the machine, which directly affected the separation state of the material on the oscillating plate. This results in inaccurate product counts.
3. Material factors:
①The set oscillation frequency of the three-stage oscillating plate for producing capsules, tablets and pills is completely different.
②Due to the large amount of dust carried by the materials during the production of tablets and capsules, the accumulation of dust in the detection channel blocks the infrared rays, so that the counting circuit cannot work normally.
