Installation Requirements Of Tablet Press Machine

1. The manufacturer formulates the operation manual of the equipment, which includes the composition and use of the rotary tablet press; Technical parameters of tablet press; Transportation, installation and storage; Operation and adjustment; Maintenance; List of vulnerable parts, and have the obligation to help and guide users to install and use the equipment.

2. The user shall install the full-automatic tablet press according to the installation method and requirements in the user manual.

3. The installation environment of the rotary tablet press shall meet the relevant provisions of the Good Manufacturing Practice for Drugs (revised in 1998).

4. Necessary auxiliary facilities shall be provided, such as power supply, compressed air source, feeding device, dust removal device, etc.

5. The tablet rotary tablet press shall be operated without load or in test run to confirm the stability and adjustability of the functions of various mechanisms of the equipment, and the reliability and safety of the instruments.

5. Tablet press shall conform to national or industrial standards. Formulate enterprise product standards that are stricter than national or industrial standards, and actively promote the adoption of international standards, such as EU standards and IPT standards for tablet dies.

6. The pharmaceutical tablet press has good sealing and isolation measures. For example, the sealing isolation between the mechanical components and the tablet chamber, the sealing isolation between the ram body (for the guidance of up and down movement) and the ram top (for the part in contact with materials), the sealing isolation between the upper and lower bodies of the turntable (for the guidance of the ram body) and the middle worktable (for the area of material flow and tablet forming), and the sealing isolation between the tablet chamber and the outside world.
