How To Reduce The Impact Of Dust On The Processing Of The Counting Machine?


The pellet counting machine is widely used in the pharmaceutical and food industries, and is one of the key equipment in the production line of granular medicine tanks. It works by vibration blanking and utilizes the photoelectric effect. While not limited to numbered templates, it can handle a wide variety of shapes and sizes. When counting dusty items such as tablets and pills, inaccurate counts can occur for a long time. So how do we solve this problem?

 

The traditional counting machine adopts multi-channel conveying method, arranges the items in each channel in a row, and triggers the corresponding photoelectric sensor to count when it falls. When the accumulative quantity of each channel of the counting machine reaches the target value, the independent gates under the sensor are closed sequentially so that the goods can be stacked according to the target quantity. However, the problem with this counting method is that:

1. The photoelectric sensor of the counting machine needs to work close to the material, and its sensitivity is easily affected by the dust generated by the material.

2. A sensor array is required to cover the width of the channel. There is a certain distance between the sensors, and small items have a certain chance to detect blind spots.

3. Array sensors have limited resolution and cannot effectively identify debris and debris.

4. The multi-stage vibrating plate is used to disperse the material into multiple rows and separate, which occupies a large plane space.

5. The channel gate requires a very high response speed, and the cleanliness of the compressed air is very high. Slight delays in door response can damage objects or cause inaccurate stacking.

 

Each channel of the counting machine can only allow one item to pass through. If the channel is too small, it won't fit larger items. If the channel is too large, the volume of the device will increase proportionally, the chance of detecting blind spots will increase, and the versatility of the device will be limited.

1. Visual counting method, remote imaging, not affected by dust.

2. High resolution, suitable for objects of different sizes, no detection blind spots.

3. It can distinguish sundries and broken particles, avoid small piles of materials, and avoid waste of production capacity.

4. The single-layer pallet feeding is integrated with the channel, which greatly improves the feeding density and production capacity.

5. No high-speed gate is required to avoid the risk of gate cracking, and there is no requirement for the cleanliness of compressed air.

6. Small size, best capacity/volume ratio, easy for production line layout.
