3. Blister heater of aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine: The blister heater is mainly composed of an arc-shaped heat box, a far-infrared tube, a support shaft, etc. The upper end of the arc-shaped heat box is hinged on the support shaft and can swing around the axis. , close to the blister roller mold to radiate the heating material film when working, and swing away from the blister roller mold when not working. The far-infrared tube is installed in the heat box and is the heating element of this mechanism. The voltage of the two poles of the far-infrared tube is adjusted through an electronic voltage regulator to adjust the heat so that the film obtains the necessary softening temperature. The support shaft is fixed on the fuselage. Supporting the hot box, the positioner consists of a spring rod and a stopper, which are installed on the hot box and the body respectively for positioning the working position of the hot box.


4. Aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine blister roller mold: The key component of this machine, which cooperates with the blister heater and heat-sealing screen roller to complete the blister forming, hot-pressing and sealing processes. This part mainly consists of a rolling mold, a rolling mold shaft, a moon-shaped valve plate, and a vacuum and cooling system. The rolling mold is made of hard aluminum alloy, with bubble pockets distributed on the surface, and micro holes drilled at the bottom of the pocket. It is connected to the vacuum suction pipe through the moon-shaped valve plate, so that the plastic film passing through the bubble section is softened by radiation heating of the heater. , was sucked into a bubble. 6. Heat-sealing anilox roller of aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine: The heat-sealing anilox roller cooperates with the bubble roller mold to complete the heat-pressure sealing work of the film and aluminum foil. The heat-sealing anilox roller mainly compresses the spring and clutch of the anilox roller. It consists of a device and a bracket. Six heating tubes are installed in the anilox roller body. During operation, the anilox roller is heated, and then the hot melt adhesive on the surface of the heat-sealed aluminum foil is heated and melted. The square bearings at both ends of the anilox roller slide along the bracket. In the groove, a compression spring is used to pressurize the anilox roller. During operation, the anilox roller is brought close to the bubble roller mold, so that the heat-sealed film and the heated aluminum foil are hot-pressed and sealed. The clutch device includes a cam and a shift fork. The cam rotates counterclockwise. The square bearing moves to the right through the shift fork, and the pressure spring is compressed in reverse. The anilox roller leaves the suction roller mold. When no plastic film and aluminum foil enter or no When entering heat sealing at the same time, the anilox roller and the suction roller mold must avoid contact, otherwise the anilox roller and the suction roller mold may be damaged.
