The Maintenance of Universal Pulverizer
The pulverizer is used for cushing the raw materials, and if it is in a state of pollution, it will pollute the materials. So it is very important to clean and maintain the machine. Rich company will introduce the maintenance of this machine.
1. The machine directly contact with the raw materials, so the degree of cleanliness directly affects the quality of drugs, should thoroughly clean the machine after production.
2. After production, turn off the power supply, and delivery the materials to the middle station according to the process.
3. Hanging clean card to device.
4. Open pulverizer machine, remove the collect bag, screen to the water tank for cleaning.
5. To sink into about two-thirds of the volume of 30 to 40℃warm water, soak 10-30 min, and then repeated washing the collect bag; screen will be washed by a soft brush use liquid water clarified. Rinse three times with ionized water. Dry and standby in the same level clean area with pulverizer room.
6. Use clean special cloth dipped in warm water respectively and repeatly wipe the material feeding port, crusher cavity, material outlet.
7. Use dry tower wipe following parts and then use 75% ethanol wipe.
8. Clean the room, motor and control pannel.
9. After the collect bag and screen being dry, instal them.
10. Writing the clean record.
The last is let the QA checking, and hang the “cleaned card” on the device after qualify.
