The Maintenance of Pillow Packing Machine

One pillow packing machine usually can be used for 20 years, but if the user don’t how to maintain the machine, it also will shorten the service life, so the Rich Company would like to share the maintenance of pillow packing machine. 

1. The cleaning and maintenance after each shift. 

A. Before clean and wipe the machine, should turn off the power supply, ensure the security. 

B. Use clean and wet cloth to wipe the surface and control table surface of machine.

C. Use compress air to remove the product debri in the feeding mechanism, middle sealing and end sealing parts. 

D. Use steel wire that coat with oil to brush off the the film fragments of end sealing knife.

The cleaning and maintenance each month

A. The machine gear and sprocket chain of rotation system should be oil lubricated, but don’t add to oil for lubrication, for the synchronous belt and conveyor flat belt, absolutely prohibited to oil lubrication.

B. The end seal bearing to oil lubrication.

C. Check the transmission parts of the chain and belt tension, tightening it when necessary.

D.Check the screw and nut parts loose, press it when necessary.

E. Inspect the brush wipe product, when necessary.

The cleaning and maintenance each half of a year

A. Check the drive belt and conveyor belt wear, replace them if necessary.

B. Check all parts, pay attention to the timely replacement.

C. The inspection of the transmission parts wear, replace new ones when necessary.

D. Check and fasten the electrical wiring, and compressed air cleaning dust on the electrical components.
