Wet granulator Maintenance instructions

1, Regular inspection equipment parts, regular monthly check the worm gear, worm, bearing part of activities flexible and good situation, if that absence is founded should be timely repair, shall not be used scrape.
2, The machine should be placed in dry and cleaning indoor, the atmosphere may not contain acids, and other corrosive gas
3, The machine is shutdown or after using, a rotating cylinder should be removed in cleaning and clearing the remaining inside bucket, and then set up, prepare for next time use.
4, The machine is not used for a long time, wipe and clean the body, smooth surface of the machine parts should coated with anti-rust oil, covered with cloth well.
