3. Equipment debugging: after all normal, electrify start equipment. Parameters are set for two frequency machines of ultrafine powder feeding motor and grading motor. Check the motor rotation direction. Adjust the dust collector electromagnetic valve pulse width and clearance, check whether the solenoid valve jet is normal, attracting powerful. Check the cyclone wind closing device if there is leakage phenomenon, by hands or fine powder on the interface without feeling smoke inside, if must be sealed. Everything is normal, after the boot sequence is: open graded wheel will frequency is set at a high frequency (35HZ), high pressure fan (start normal) - the main motor (start normal) - open to view the main motor feeding motor current (do not exceed the rated current of the main motor). At this point, sampling in the finished product area to determine the fineness of finished powder. When the fineness exceeds the index, the speed of the grading wheel can be adjusted downwards. The speed of the grading wheel is adjusted at intervals of a period of time to sample and test the finished powder.

When the speed of the grading wheel drops, the current of the main engine will decrease, and the feeding frequency can be gradually raised to improve the crushing output. At the same time adjust the high pressure fan throttle opening amplitude. To detect the current of the high pressure fan, it is necessary to ensure a certain amount of air, and let the wind function for a long time to work properly. If the material is different, the output and fineness can not be reached, and the rotation direction of the grading wheel can be the same as the rotation direction of the main engine. Other debugging methods are the same as above.


4.Maintenance of equipment: every class regularly clean up the iron impurities in the permanent magnetic cylinder in the crushing process. Regular inspection of wearing parts in the crusher. It includes alloy hammer cutter, diverter cover, wear-resisting plate, grinding disc, gear ring and grading wheel. Please replace them promptly after wear. When the wearing plate on the grinding disc is used for a period of time, the utility model will be worn to the grinding disc, and the utility model should be replaced immediately, so as to avoid the abrasion of the crushing disk and shorten the service life of the crushing disk. Cause the vibration of the crusher and damage the main shaft bearing. When the grading wheel is worn out, the top clearance should be kept as small as possible, and it can be rotated without touching. When the main triangle belt appears bigger noise, it is tight in time. Check the dust bag for dust collector regularly, change the new cloth bag when necessary, take out the old cloth bag and clean the sun. Check whether the jet jet powerful, and when necessary, promptly replace the solenoid valve, diaphragm and other vulnerable parts.


5.Spare parts stock: the production of aquatic materials is seasonal. When the equipment is put into production, it must be equipped with the relevant wearing parts to ensure its continuous and normal production. You can introduce the user equipment vulnerable parts about the use of the cycle, so that users understand that, in time with the relevant vulnerable parts.
