Cleaning

1. After stopping production, clean the feeding device in time and ensure the cleaning of parts such as drum, pump body and feeding nozzle, so as to avoid the accumulation of material. Erosion causes damage to the contact surface, resulting in measurement error and shortening service life

2. Clean the sealing surface of the roller at any time, without stain, to ensure the smooth and clear sealing of the packaging

3. Keep the roller support at any time to support the clean and non-fouling of the bearing part, avoid the high temperature lubricating oil in the liquid bearing, and shorten the service life of the bearing

4. Keep the cutting blade clean without dirt at any time, avoid the corrosion of liquid, cause the cutting knife to work abnormal, shorten the service life

5. Always clean the photoelectric switch to ensure its reliable work

6. Always clean the dust in the electric control cabinet in case of electrical fault caused by short circuit.

7.Maintain the surface cleaning of electrical elements on the surface of electrical control cabinet to avoid the damage of dust or liquid

Maintenance

1. Check the fasteners of all parts of the machine regularly

2. Check the connection and tension of the machine chain

3.Manually rotate the cutter and incision to check the operation condition

4. Check the lubrication of brake, bearing sleeve, bevel gear, chain and other parts

5. Check the working conditions of input power plugs and electrical components

6. Check the working conditions of all switches and electrical components of the machine

7. After the machine commissioning and production is completed, check the rollers, feeding devices and related positions

8. The electric part should pay attention to waterproof, moisture-proof, dustproof, anti-corrosion and anti-rat. Ensure that the electrical control cabinet and terminals are clean in case of electrical failure
