Determined via the process

At present, the manufacturing process of effervescent tablets consists of two kinds: granulation, tabletting and direct tabletting. After granulation, the production process of tabletting can be divided into two kinds: wet granulation and dry granulation and tabletting, and two kinds of direct pressing are powder pressing and crystallization pressing. But at present, more tablets are prepared by wet granulation.

1. Pelleting and tabletting process

(1) Purpose of granulation:

The fine powder of the material has poor flowability and is difficult to flow uniformly into the die hole, thus affecting the accuracy of the weight of the sugar sheet. After the granule is prepared, the forming of the tablet caused by the poor fluidity can be overcome.

The gap between the particle powder has a certain amount of air, the pressing pressure, powder in air can't escape and is pressed in sugar tablets; when the release of pressure, sugar tablets inside air expansion cause loose powder to crack; and press high, easy to make mechanical damage. After the pellet is pressed, the pressure requirement is smaller than that of the powder, and because the surface of the granule is not smooth, the utility model has the function of mutual embedding, and can overcome the quality problems such as the loosening of the candy sheet and the like.

The proportion of powder of different raw materials in different ingredients is different, which is summarized in the process of tabletting forming. Because of the vibration of the tablet press machine, the light and heavy components are layered, and the composition of the tablet is inconsistent and the content is uneven.

Solve the problems of fine powder, easy sticking and punching, and avoid the fine powder flying when the powder is pressed directly.

As a result of the above reasons, in addition to some crystalline raw materials for direct compression molding, the powder raw materials are generally after granulation, tabletting.

(2) Wet granulation process:

The preparation method of effervescent tablet sugar wet preparation method is to divide the acid and alkali with the suitable raw and auxiliary materials, and use the adhesive to make soft materials and granules, and divide them into groups respectively, dried, whole, mixed, pressed, or the same group. The specific operation methods include one step, two steps, three steps and melting method. The so-called two-step method is divided into several groups of granulation, the three step is the original auxiliary materials and acid-base system is divided into three groups, respectively, made of soft wood, made of wet particles of three groups, and dried in groups.

Its process:

Raw materials preparation and pretreatment: before the granulation, the raw materials generally need to be crushed, sieved or dried, and the fineness of the material is generally more suitable through the 80~100 mesh screen.

Material mixing: according to the formula requirements, pour all kinds of materials into the mixer and mix evenly.

Make soft material: put the mixed material in the trough mixer, stir and mix with proper wetting agent or adhesive. The type and dosage of adhesive should be selected according to the nature of the material, the temperature and mixing time should be flexibly controlled, so that the adhesive can be evenly distributed and permeated between the dry powder. When the material is slightly bonded into blocks, that is, soft wood, can stop stirring. Soft wood quality is generally clenched into clumps, fingers light pressure and scattered crack open.

Wet particles: the soft material through the appropriate screen that is wet particles. Mass production of swing granulator, particles made should be intact, fine powder should not be too much. When screening, if a long strip or coarse particles are more solid, including fine powder particles are more loose. A lobed variety should make the particles firm, sticky and difficult to disintegrate, and the pressed sugar should be made into loose particles. Generally screened once, but for colored varieties or requirements of solid grain varieties, can be used repeatedly screening, such as with 8~10 mesh screen through 1~2 times, and then through the 12~14 mesh screen, can be made better particles. Wet particles with different thickness and tightness should be prepared according to the properties of the materials and the requirements of the varieties.

Drying: after making wet particles, it should be dry immediately, rotating too long, easy to press, deform or agglomerate. The drying temperature and the drying process should pay attention to the following aspects: the general drying temperature to 50 ~ 60 degrees is appropriate; heat stable materials, appropriate drying temperature can be increased to 75 to 80 DEG C, to shorten the drying time; crystal water containing excessive material, drying temperature should not be too high, time is not long, so as not to lose too much water of crystallization, the particle effects of crisp or disintegration or pressing difficulties caused by temperature; the drying process should be gradually increased, otherwise the particle surface becomes yellow, causing a sugar pill in spots; if particles of powdered sugar, starch, sugar can make the temperature suddenly melted, and starch granule hard, one-sided spots and the effect of sugar tablets. Sugar and acid coexisting slightly when the temperature that is bonded into a lump.

The whole grain: wet grain after drying called dry grain. As part of the particles in the drying process of adhesion to each other, it is necessary to sift the whole particle to become uniform size, easy to press molding particles. The dry granulator (or granulator) screening, to prevent too much fine powder, then add the sifted lubricant, stir well. If dry starch is added as a disintegrating agent, it should also be added to the whole grain.

The total mixing is the last operation: dry granule treatment, the purpose is to make the dry ingredients in the particles uniform, commonly used in the production of V type mixer. After mixing, the dried particles are immediately placed in the container, and the sample is pressed to be shaped after the test. Small quantities can also be manually mixed.

The compression molding process: the particles of the press in compression molding. The pressing procedure is as follows:

Adjust the weight of the produced variety so as to achieve the same; then feed, press and push the tablet to complete the tabletting process.

(3) Fluidized spray drying granulation:

Mixing raw materials and auxiliary materials, adding adhesive, stirring, granulating, drying and other steps are completed in a single device, also called one-step granulation.

The operating principle is that the powder is suspended by air flow to be fluidized, and then intermittently injected into the binder, so that the powder first forms a nuclear particle, and then gradually condenses into granules of uniform size, and the hot gas passes through the particles to carry out heat exchange under the dynamic state
