Maintenance of dry granulator:

1.1always check the leakage of the oil pipe joints. If any, the leakage point should be ascertained and then the necessary treatment shall be made. The large size of the plate hand shall not be screwed to avoid damage. 1.2 the dust shall be cleaned regularly in all parts of the equipment, and shall check whether all the fastening places are loose and movable, if any loose or displaced, should be fixed. 

1.3 regularly check the wear and tear of vulnerable parts, and repair and replace them if there is any damage. All lubrication points, oil and grease in the tank shall be replaced once.

2. Cleaning: 

2.1 clean place: dry room and tool cleaning room 

2.2 Detergent: 0.03% detergent water, drinking water and purified water. Clean the implementation conditions, frequency and methods: 

2.3.1 with equipment at any time clean cloth to wipe dust on the surface of the equipment for special purpose, if there is dirt, with 0.03% of the detergent water, wipe the surface of equipment, after visual inspection, no dirt, with a special clean cloth to wipe clean equipment and clean. 

2.3.2 the dust and ground powder shall be removed every day in time. 2.3.3 remove the powder from the vacuum bag after work, and process the powder in the powder drum. Click on the above content to self-check, and do well. 

2.3.4 the equipment shall be cleared when changing varieties or changing specifications. 

2.3.4.1 turn off the feeding funnel bolt and press the uplift button to unload the funnel, open the granule door, remove the stainless steel mesh and the roller. 

2.3.4.2 remove dust suction tube, suction mouth, filter cloth bag and other accessories. 

2.3.4.2 turn off the power supply and clean the exterior surface of the equipment with drinking water. Rinse the vacuum tube, suction port and main engine with drinking water. 

2.3.4.3 rinse the cloth bag repeatedly with drinking water. 

2.3.4.4 apply nylon brush to wash the water with washing powder until clean.
