Analysis on leakage of single punch tablet press machine
As for the phenomenon of single flush leakage, as a result of no specific inspection to the scene, the following reasons shall be analyzed:
1.Electrical wiring box is wired off (including capacitor line), or line box if the pressure in the line, will be crushed with a straight wire jacket.
2.Plug: because the plug in the ground wire is from the N line screw under the following, it is possible to wear the ground wire, two lines interlinked. If the socket is not connected by left zero right phase, but left relative to right zero, will lead directly to the ground wire and the electric line with shell.
3.The single stamping machine switch is controlled in a phase line L, such as socket N and L reverse, as long as the power supply, the motor coil is charged. If the humidity in the air is large, it is easy to generate inductive current or leakage when it is not switched on (because the phase line has no circuit). Therefore, the single-phase plug and socket should be connected as required by the state.
