The maintenance of granular packaging machine is essential for long time use. 

Gear lubrication 

1. The box part of the machine is equipped with oil meter, and should be filled in all time before driving, and can be added according to the temperature rise condition and operation condition of each bearing. 

2. The volute box must be stored in oil for a long time. Its oil level is high in all the oil in the worm. If used regularly, it is required to change the oil once every other march. The bottom of the base is oil plug, which can be used for oil.

Maintenance instructions 

1. The machine shall be kept in a dry and clean indoor use, and shall not contain acids and other places with corrosive gases in the atmosphere. 

2, regular check parts, to every month, check the worm gear, worm, lubrication on bolts, bearings and other activities whether some flexible rotation and wear situation, found that defects should be timely repair, shall not be used. 

3. When the machine is finished or stopped, the rotating roller should be taken out to clean and brush the remaining powder in the hopper, and then install it to prepare for the next use. 

4. If the outage time is longer, the machine must be wiped clean and the surface of the machine should be coated with anti-rust oil and covered with a cloth cover.
