1 Tablet press should carefully check the quality of the stamping die before use, whether there are defects such as edge, crack, deformation and tightness. Check whether the components are normal.

5 adjust the slice thickness to a larger position before commissioning and adjust the filling to a smaller position. When the particles are poured into the hopper, the hand wheel is rotated by hand to test the pressure. The filling amount is adjusted first and the weight of the sheet is gradually adjusted to meet the requirements; then the pressure is adjusted to the suitable hardness of the sheet and the thickness is in accordance with the requirements. 

6 open the power button, close the clutch, and carry out the formal press; in the process of operation, according to the requirements of the process regulations, the timing of the film is checked to meet the requirements, so as to adjust at any time. 

7 adjust the pressing speed according to the actual situation. Generally, the diameter of the die is larger and the pressure of the stamping die should be slower. 

8 when filling volume is adjusted, the knurled nut should be loosened first, then adjusted and then tightened to prevent uneven filling. 

9 when the tablet press is rotating, no tablets or sundries should be used to clamp the granules. 

10 when running, pay attention to whether the machine is normal or not. If it is abnormal, it should stop immediately for inspection. 

11 do a good job of cleaning machine, pay attention to prevent water from entering the button and motor.
