The maintenance method of the press machine
1. The friction surface lubrication of each moving part is an important link to ensure the normal operation of the machine and prolong its service life.Most of all when the main moving parts are running without oil, this machine will be damaged and out of action. Therefore, the oil hole and friction surfaces must be lubricated before the press machine is used,and the friction surface is covered with oil film before being put into use.Afterwards，add a proper amount of oil before operation every time.
2. Check whether the screws are loose before use, and check them regularly during the working process.if there is any looseness,it will be tightened immediately . so as to avoid any inoperation. The main parts are: middle mould fixed screw,upper fastening nut,undershoot fixed screw,connecting rod pin tightening screw, connecting rod locking nut,lift fork locking nut,middle mode table,butterfly screw and the fixed screw.
3.The quality of the punch die must be checked regularly in the process of pressing. If there are missing edges, cracks or serious damage, replaced in time so as to avoid failure to damage the machine and influence the quality of the tablets.
4. Remove the remaining powder particles and wipe out the parts of the machine after daily use. The punch die should be removed and the machine should be rubbed if the outage time is longer.Clean the work surface,apply anti rust oil, cover the dust-proof clothes, and clean the blanking mould and then immerse it in the oil.
