This machine is the best selling equipment in the market at present. The machine is a new type of equipment which integrates strong electricity, weak electricity, hydraulic pressure and pneumatic integration to transform the original common sugar coating machine. It is mainly composed of mainframe (sugar coating machine), controllable room temperature hot air system, automatic spray system for supplying liquid and gas. The pot body is made of stainless steel and meets the requirements of GMP production. The machine has a wide range of applications, pill 4-8mm, tablet 4-18mm (tablet can be a wafer, also can be a triangle, rhombus, ellipse and other special-shaped tablets), particles and so on can be very good coating. The user can set the blower air supply according to the needs of the material, the heating of the pot and the speed of the coating pot can almost meet all the needs of the enterprises, pharmaceutical factories and units. The pot head and shell are made of 304 stainless steel, and the coating pot is controlled by frequency conversion. It is equipped with speed governor, spray gun, liquid cup, coating pot and blower.
Functional introduction

Operation process
Preparation before operation:
1 place the main engine smoothly, open the oil cap and add lubricating oil to the speed reducer.
2 transfer the spray support to the right side of the main engine, and put the spray gun into the mainframe pot and adjust it to a reasonable position. The liquid cup is added to the liquid cup.
3 turn on the power supply, turn on the main motor speed switch, adjust the main engine speed and the direction of rotation.
4 connect the good gas and liquid pipe to the liquid cup, add the liquid, turn on the gas and liquid switch, and adjust the spray size and direction of the spray gun and spray liquid.
5 adjust the heating temperature and direction according to the mouth of the blower.
More than 6 of the process is ready to start the main motor, so that the machine can turn 2 minutes, so as to judge whether there is a fault, confirm the normal unmistakable, the air compressor can be opened, air pressure is about 4 ~ 6kg/cm3.
Operation process:
1 charging: put the coated tablet core into the coating drum, and transfer the gun bracket and spray gun into the pot.
2 turn on the power switch. If necessary, the air supply and internal heating switch can be opened and the material is coated.
3 discharge: turn the spray gun and the blower out of the drum, remove the coating pan and pour out the material.
Operation skills
1 when the spray is needed during the coating process, the valve under the liquid cup can only be closed. When the spray is needed, the valve under the liquid cup can only be closed.
2 when the machine is in operation, check the quality of the tablet coating from time to time, and adjust accordingly.
3 when the machine is used for polishing and drying and coating sugar, it only needs to remove the bracket and spray gun.
4 when the machine is used for powder granulation and pelletizing, it is necessary to remove the blower after removing the bracket and spray gun.
Precautions and maintenance
The lubricating oil in the 1 reduction box and the lubricating grease inside the rolling bearing should be changed regularly.
2 if the coating pot is not used for a long time, it should be scrubbed and coated with oil on the surface to prevent the copper from oxidation or damp toxic copper compounds.
3 in order to ensure the lubrication condition of the worm gear in the gearbox, the temperature rise of the running box should not exceed 50 C.
The oil seal ring of the 4 worm shaft should be regularly checked and replaced (usually not more than six months).
The 5 machine must be reliably grounded.
6 the protective cover of electrical appliances and belts shall not be dismantled at will.
7 every time adding liquid or pulverized powder should be evenly distributed; after each addition of liquid and evenly distributed, it should be fully dried to add solution again, the viscosity of the solution should not be too large, otherwise it is not easy to distribute evenly and so on.
8 after the machine is discharged, if it is no longer coated, it should be cleaned in machinery and piping.
9 in the operation of the machine, it is strictly prohibited to use the hand or other things to plug the air vent and spray gun.
