1, switch on the power supply. (Note: the phase line and the zero line can not be mistaken.)

2, the air source is connected through the 8PU pipe to the lower part of the body.

3. Add liquid to the liquid cylinder.

4, start the power switch, then switch on the power.

5. Adjust the main engine speed according to the instructions of the governor.

6, open the intake control switch, and the intake fan starts to work.

7. Adjust the temperature controller and set the temperature to the temperature you need. At this time, if the actual temperature is lower than the set value, the heater power is connected and the heater begins to heat. If the actual temperature is higher than the setting value, the heater power is cut off and the heater stops heating.

8, open the spray gun switch, the spray gun starts to work, regarding the use of the spray gun, please refer to the spray gun instruction.

9. After adjusting the above functions, the air compressor can be opened, and the air pressure is about 4 ~ 6kg/cm3.

1. If the coating pot is not used for a long time, it should be scrubbed and oiled on its surface.

2, the oil seal ring of worm shaft end should be regularly checked and replaced (no more than six months).

3, the lubricating oil in the reduction box and the lubricating grease inside the rolling bearing should be changed regularly (usually not more than six months).

4. In order to ensure that the worm gear in the reducer meets the lubrication conditions of the transmission, the temperature rise of the box body during operation shall not exceed 50 C.

5. The spray gun should be washed with water pressure after each shift to prevent blockage. If blockage occurs, please take the spray nozzle apart according to the spray gun instructions and remove the residue of the muzzle with a fine needle.

6, the machine must be reliably grounded, and its grounding resistance should be less than 4 ohm.

7, do not remove electrical appliances at will.
