1. Working principle of high speed tablet press 

Automatic high-speed tablet press, including filling, quantification, pre-pressing, main press forming, filming and other processes. The upper and lower punches are driven by the punching disc and move from left to right along the upper and lower rails respectively. When the punch moves to the filling section, the upper punch moves upward to bypass the forced feeder, and at the same time, the lower punch moves downward by the pull-down cam. At this time, the upper surface of the lower punch forms a cavity with the die hole, and the powder particles are filled into the cavity of the middle die hole by forcing the impeller of the feeder, and the excess punch is formed when the lower punch passes the low point of the pull-down cam. The punch of the tablet press continues to move with the punching disc, and the lower punch gradually moves upwards when filling the cam, and the excess powder particles in the cavity are pushed out of the middle die hole to enter the quantitative section. In the quantitative section, the upper surface of the filling cam is horizontal, and the lower punch maintains a horizontal movement state, and the excess powder particles on the upper surface of the middle mold are scraped out by the quantitative scraping blade, thereby ensuring that the filling amount of the powder particles in each of the middle mold holes is uniform. In order to prevent the powder in the middle die hole from being thrown out, the cover plate is installed after the scraping plate. The undershoot protection cam pulls the lower punch down, and the upper punch moves downward by the action of the lower pressing cam. When the die hole moves out of the cover, the upper punch enters the middle die hole. When the punch passes the pre-pressing wheel, the pre-pressing action is completed and then the main pressing wheel is continued, and the compacting action is completed by the pressing of the main pressing wheel, and then the sheet cam is passed, the upper punch is moved up, the lower punch is pushed up and the pressing is good. The tablets are pushed out of the die hole, and the tablets enter the film ejection device to complete the entire tableting process. 

2. Transmission system and characteristics of high speed tablet press 

The main drive system powers the tablet press. It requires the main drive system to be adjustable in speed and has sufficient torque to provide stable and reliable speed under large impact loads. The main drive system mainly includes high-power AC motor, frequency converter, tensioner, large pulley, synchronous toothed belt, small pulley, handwheel, worm gear reducer, main drive shaft and other components. 

The machine adopts frequency conversion technology to replace the mechanical speed regulation of the stepless speed regulating motor. The advantages of frequency conversion speed regulation are energy saving and consumption reduction, reliable control, stable operation and low noise. The inverter itself has many protection functions such as overvoltage, low voltage and overcurrent. The output parameters can be used to monitor the actuator in real time. Once an abnormality occurs, the protection function will be activated. The inverter will stop the main motor and display the fault code.
