Its packaging principle is: micro-computer packaging controller, man-machine dialogue mode, so that speed, bag length, cut point position detection can be displayed directly on the interface.

A. Possible causes of failure:

1. No packaging film; - - Solutions: Replacement of new packaging film.

2. Possible causes of system failure: controller self-checking failure. Solutions: with suppliers; if the fault has been eliminated, just press ESC key system will automatically return to the running screen.

B. Fault phenomena:

1. Cut-off position deviates from color mark

2. Cutting knives on products

3. There are scorched wrinkles at the seal.

4. Insufficient or leaky sealing

5. The thermometer can't control the temperature.

Cause analysis of common faults:

1. The color mark tracking is not open, the color of the film color mark is too light, and the film drive is slippery.

2. Push rod and cutter are not synchronized, cutter base is too high or too low, packing speed is too fast.

3. The temperature is too high, the speed is too slow, and the heat resistance of the outer coating is poor.

4. The temperature is too low, the speed is too fast, and the heat sealing property of the inner coating is poor.

5. Heater damage, solid state relay burnout, thermocouple damage, temperature control meter damage.

Exclusion method of automatic pillow packing machine:

1. In the human-machine interface tracking mode interface, switch the tracking mode to "tracking cut". Refer to the random electro-optic manual to adjust the sensitivity of electro-optic sensing; adjust the pressure of rubber stick or brake tightness.

2. Refer to the instructions to adjust the position of push finger; adjust the height of the end-seal parts, so that the meshing center of the sealing knife is in the middle of the product height; reduce the packaging speed.

3. Adjust the temperature; Adjust the speed; Change the film material.

4. Replacement of heater, solid state relay, electric couple and temperature control meter.
