The common faults of the mechanical part of the press are easy to occur: the guide rail, the roller, the overload protection, the deceleration box and the press punching die, etc. The common problems in production include abnormal sound, different film weight and so on. There are many factors involved, both in use and in improper adjustment. In the process of using sheet press, the laminate chamber should be cleaned regularly, and the wearable working parts should be inspected and maintained regularly. According to the experience accumulated in practical use, this paper introduces how to solve some common faults and maintenance methods.

2.1. 1 Guide rail wear

1) It is possible to break the oil and the upper punch is not properly filled, so that the upper guide rail is worn, and the 35-degree slope shall be repaired in time, and if the damage is serious, replace it. During operation, pay attention to the oil-filling method, clean the residual oil of the upper punch surface with a clean rag, then apply a little oil on the small brush, apply evenly on the upper punch head and the upper punch rod, and make the upper punch rotate flexibly. However, the amount of oil added should not be too much, so as to prevent oil stain from penetrating into the powder to cause oil stain. Each shift shall be filled with oil for not less than two times.

2) The oil quality is not good, and the lubrication between the guide rail and the flushing rod can only be selected for oil lubrication. No. 30 gear oil or air compressor oil can be selected

3) The material of the compression sheet is too fine, the dust is much, and the addition of the material must be light and added, so as to avoid the dust flying, so as to make the upper upper punch and even wear the upper guide rail.

4) The material of the compression sheet is too high, the product lifting or sticking phenomenon causes the upper guide rail to be worn, the material is subjected to re-drying, and the lubricant reworking treatment is added, and the process formula should be improved, and the particle size distribution, the fluidity and the pressure resistance of the material can be controlled.

5) The upper punch is not clean, so that the upper punch, the stick and the upper guide rail are worn, and the upper punch and the upper punch shall be cleaned to slide freely.

2.2 Lower guideway wear: lower guideway bridge plate wear, light oil stone repair, serious wear can only be replaced

1) the material of the pressing sheet is too thin or too damp, so that the bottom punching or the bottom punching head becomes skinned, which results in the impact of the lower impact, the sticky impact, the wear of the lower guide rail, and the cleaning of the punching hole and the downward flushing to the turning moving network. The operator in the process of pressing, whether there is any abnormal sound in the operation. Hearing abnormal sound timely shutdown, clean punches, punches on the crust or laminated material for rework. In order to avoid serious impact, lead to the damage of the lower guide rail.

2) the bottom punching is not clean, resulting in the phenomenon of downflushing and hoisting. Brush down punches, such as punching, must be scraped with a rod. Especially large viscosity products, in the field must be cleaned with alcohol punching, to ensure the hole rotation flexibility.

2.3 the press wheel is a device for adjusting the pressure of the tablet and increasing the protection. Its common faults include wear of the press wheel, lack of oil or damage to the bearing of the press wheel shaft. The wear of the outer circle of the press wheel causes the heavy resistance at the end of the punching rod, so it is necessary to replace the press wheel again; When the inner hole of the press wheel and the press wheel shaft are worn seriously, it is necessary to replace the press wheel or the press wheel shaft: sometimes the pressure axle breaks mainly because of excessive pressure, most of which is due to the improper adjustment and operation due to the difficult pressure of the material. At this time, it is necessary to replace the pressure wheel shaft. Adjust the material and adjust the pressure. In addition, regular lubrication and maintenance of roller bearings, damage timely replacement.
