1. Disassembly of the middle die plate of the small powder tablet press: pull out the powder baffle, take off the hopper, spin out the fastening screw of the feeder, screw down the fixed stud and spring of the feeder, take off the feeder, screw down the fixed screw and spring washer of the middle die plate, and then remove the middle die plate. Installation: Refer to the reverse order mentioned above. Attention should be paid to alignment when screwing the fastening screw of the feeder. In order to avoid damage to the feeder hole.

2. Upper punching rod disassembly: loosen the locking nut of the connecting rod, rotate the upside punching rod to separate it from the connecting rod, rotate the handwheel to raise the eccentric wheel shell to the high position of zui, rotate the eccentric connecting shell to make the connecting rod swing forward and upward, then the upside punching rod can be pulled out from the top of the die holder hole. Installation proceeds in the reverse order described above.

3. Disassembly of downpunching core rod: Unscrew downpunching fixing screw, butterfly screw and gear pressing plate rotate adjusting gear to make downpunching core rod descend and take out from bottom hole of fuselage. Installation: Refer to the reverse order mentioned above.

4. Connecting rod disassembly: first remove the up-punching core rod, then remove the wire ring on the connecting rod pin, take out the connecting rod pin, and then remove the connecting rod. Installation: proceed in reverse order.

5. Disassembly of large belt pulley, pinion and bridge axle: Undertake the triangle belt, turn off the mother and washer at the right end of bridge axle (inside the fuselage). Hold the big belt pulley with pinion and bridge axle by hand, and then pull the bridge axle out of the hole. (Large pulley, pinion and sleeve are pressed into one, and generally do not need to be disassembled). Installation: Refer to the reverse order mentioned above.

6. Removal of spindle of small powder tablet press: Removal of spindle should be carried out by two persons. First remove the large pulley, then screw down the nut to remove the lever, lever shaft and filling roller. (Remove the handwheel and filling cam if necessary) Remove the protective cover, screw down the screw and washer, and hit the non-working face inside the big gear with a wooden hammer (not significant). Remove it (pay attention not to lose the hoisting roller), then tap the axle end with a wooden hammer and copper rod (pay attention not to damage the axle end screw hole), while holding the other end of the axle and supporting the eccentric wheel shell, slowly remove the spindle.
