When installing the middle die device, fasten the screw of the middle die on the turntable. Do not touch the head of the screw. The middle die device is very tight. It should be flat when placed. The middle die rod (random tool) can be used to punch in. It can be used for lightly punching the hammer into the die. The plane of the hole must not be higher than that of the turntable to be qualified, and then the screw should be fastened.

 

When installing the upper punching device, the tongue insertion should be pulled up at the notch of the upper guide disc, the tail of the middle rod should be coated with vegetable oil, and inserted into the hole one by one. The thumb and index finger should be used to rotate the punch rod to check that the head enters the upper and lower parts of the middle die and rotates flexibly. No hard rubbing should be qualified, and the tongue insertion should be pulled down after all being installed.

 

When installing the down-punching device, the small door on the main body is opened, and the round hole of the main body is mounted. The installation method is the same as the up-punching device. After installation, the disc must be flattened.

 

After the die is fully assembled, the dismantled parts need to be installed in situ, and the turntable rotates 1-2 times by turning the test wheel. To observe the ups and downs rushing into the middle die hole and moving on the curve guide, it is necessary to start the motor flexibly without collision and hard rubbing, so that the empty car can run for 2-3 minutes and then put into production smoothly and normally.

 

When installing the feeder, the feeder should be installed on the support frame of the feeder, then the knurling screw should be screwed up, and then the adjustment screw should be adjusted so that the gap between the bottom of the feeder and the working table surface of the turntable is 0.05-0.1 mm, the knurling screw should be tightened, and the scraper height should be adjusted to make the bottom plane level with the working surface of the turntable. Tighten the screw.

 

In addition to the correct installation of rotary tablet press, there is a certain emphasis on filling volume, tablet thickness (pressure), powder delivery and speed selection. Before using the rotary tablet press, users must be prepared for correct installation and challenges, and run the equipment according to the specifications, so as to ensure the qualified production.

 

In addition, the lubrication of the friction surface of each part is the guarantee to ensure the normal operation and prolong the service life of the tablet press equipment. If the main moving parts run dry in the absence of oil, it is easy to damage the equipment and cause the production can not continue. Therefore, before using the tablet press, oil cups, oil holes and friction surfaces must be added with lubricating oil, and empty car operation makes the friction surfaces covered with oil film, and then put into use. 。
