Correct maintenance method for punch of two-color sheet press

1. Remove adhesive substances. Processing of materials in a variety of, some of them are strong viscosity. Caution: do not use wire brush, otherwise it is easy to scratch the surface. In addition, the cleaning of water stains to timely wipe quickly, so as not to cause the punch rust.
2. Lubricant addition. It is necessary to lubricate the punch regularly in order to work smoothly. Equipment management personnel can set the appropriate cycle, adjust the lubricant for lubrication, can effectively solve the phenomenon of punch stuck.
