Characteristic of Medical Cartoning Machine

The cartoning machine is a kind of packaging machinery, which includes automatic cartoning machine, medicinal cartoning machine and so on. The automatic cartoning machine automatically loads bottles, boards, ointments and instructions into folding cartons, and completes the capping action. Some fully functional automatic cartoning machines also have additional functions such as sealing labels or thermal shrinkage wrapping. The feeding process of medical automatic cartoning machine is generally divided into three stages: instruction entry, medicine bottle entry and machine bag entry. The whole process from machine bag feeding to packaging formation can be roughly divided into four stages: unloading, opening, filling and closing. Boxing action is usually a suction cup from the cardboard box feed port to draw a carton, down to the main line of the carton. The carton is fixed by a rail clamp and opened with a push board. After filling in the filling area, the insertion tongue is inserted into the box and locked.

Compared with other cartoning machines, the medical cartoning machine has its special features:

(1) Insert drug instructions;

(2) Cartons should be printed randomly on production date, product batch number, expiration date, etc. (such as the regulatory code for special drugs);

(3) counting and statistics of boxes (which should meet the requirements of counting and issuing in Clause 4703 of the Standard for GMP Certification, Inspection and Evaluation of Drugs);

(4) Inspection of the quality of internal packaged drugs;

(5) It can meet the requirement of batch change. For other purpose cartoning machines, these special points need not be fully achieved.

Form of medical cartoning machine

1) According to the way the package enters the carton, it can be divided into horizontal type and vertical type. Among them, the machine pushed into the carton in the horizontal direction of the package is called the horizontal type, and the machine pushed into the carton in the vertical direction of the package is called the vertical type.

2) According to the sealing form of carton, it can be divided into tongue inserting type, adhesive type, mixed type, labeling type, expansion type, self-locking type, etc.

3) According to the shape of the package, it can be divided into plate shape (such as blister packaging), bottle shape, hose shape, special shape, etc.

4) According to the specifications of the package, it can be divided into single, double, multiple and combined parts (e.g. one powder needle for antibiotics bottle + one ampoule water needle).
