Installation and maintenance of semi-automatic capsule machine
1. When unpacking, check whether the machine is complete, whether the accessories are consistent with the list, and whether there is damage during transportation.
2. The machine shall be placed in the room horizontally, and the site shall be ventilated and moisture-proof; it is not necessary to install foundation screws, and a rubber plate with a thickness of about 120mm shall be padded under the foundation to avoid damage to the ground and displacement during long-term use
3. Before starting the machine, clean the oil dirt and dust on the surface with a soft cloth slightly stained with soapy water (or detergent), and then dry it with a soft cloth.
4. Select 380V / 50Hz AC power supply to connect correctly; at the same time, intervene the ground wire according to the designated position of the grounding label.
5. The machine shall be maintained by full-time personnel.
6. The operator must be familiar with the operation manual, and operate the machine after basic understanding of the structure and operation method
7. Add oil to all kinds of gears, shafts, guide sleeves and cams of the transmission mechanism once a shift.
