Due to different manufacturers, there are various forms of blister packaging machines, and the performance levels of domestic and foreign products are also very different.
The difference between the blister packaging machine lies in the way of forming and hot pressing, and the forming is divided into two types: roller type and flat plate type. The positive pressure forming effect of the flat plate is better than the vacuum forming of the roller type; hot pressing can also be divided into roller type and flat plate type. The effect of flat plate type hot pressing sealing is better than that of roller type sealing, while the roller type sealing is faster and more reliable. Performance and other aspects are better than flat plate hot press sealing.
According to the principle that the blister molding is a PVC film or a rigid sheet, it passes through the mold after heating and uses compressed air or vacuum to form a blister of the required shape and size. Therefore, when there is a problem with the blister molding, the following eight aspects are needed. To solve:
(1) Whether PVC film or hard film is a qualified product
(2) Is the temperature of the heating equipment too high or too low;
(3) Whether the surface of the heating equipment adheres to PVC;
(4) Whether the molding die is qualified, whether the molding holes are lubricated, and whether the pores are smooth;
(5) Is the cooling system of the forming mold normal and effective;
(6) Whether the vacuum degree and exhaust speed of roller negative pressure molding can reach the normal value, and whether the pipeline has abnormal consumption;
(7) Whether the compressed air for flat positive pressure molding is clean and dry. Whether the pressure and flow reach the normal value, and whether there is abnormal consumption in the pipeline;
(8) Is the plate-type positive pressure forming mold clamped in parallel to the PVC belt? Is there any air leakage?
