Cartoning machines are widely used in various fields. The cartoning machines are generally divided into vertical and horizontal types, and solutions can be customized according to the different needs of customers. The machine needs maintenance and maintenance in order to improve the quality of machine operation and extend the service life of the machine. The following is the specific maintenance way:
1. Maintenance method of this kind of equipment
To maintain and protect the performance and technical condition of the equipment through general methods such as wiping, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, etc., is called equipment maintenance. There are four major requirements for equipment maintenance:
(1) The inside and outside of the equipment are clean and tidy. No oil will occur on all sliding surfaces, lead screws, racks, gear boxes, oil holes, etc, no oil or air leakage on all parts, and chips, or debris, and dirt around the equipment should be cleaned up.
(2) Tools, accessories, and workpieces (products) should be placed neatly, and pipelines and lines should be organized;
(3) Add oil or change oil on time, keep oiling, no dry friction.
(4) Observe the safety operation regulations, do not overload the equipment, and the safety protection devices of the equipment are complete and reliable, and eliminate unsafe factors timely.

1. Daily maintenance of this professional equipment
Daily maintenance is carried out by equipment operators on duty, and careful attention is paid to before, during and after shifts.
(1) Before shift, wipe the equipment, lubricate and refuel according to regulations. Check whether the handle position and the manual operation part are correct and flexible, check the wear of the suction cup, if the wear is serious, it needs to be replaced, and whether the safety device is reliable. Run at low speed to check whether the transmission is normal, and whether the lubrication and cooling are smooth.
(2) During the class, pay attention to whether the operating sound, the temperature, pressure, electrical and pneumatic systems of the equipment, instrument signals, and safety insurance are normal.
(3) After the shift, turn off the switch. Remove dirt, wipe off the oil on the guide rail surface and sliding surface of the equipment, and add oil. Clean up the working site, organize accessories and tools.
2. Weekly and timely regular maintenance of equipment
Regular maintenance is carried out by equipment operators every weekend.
(1) Wipe the equipment guide rails, various transmission parts and exposed parts, and clean the work site.
(2) Check the technical conditions of each part, tighten the loose parts, and adjust the fit gap. Check the interlock and safety device. The transmission sound is normal, safe and reliable.
(3) Wipe the motor, check the insulation, and ground to achieve completeness, cleanliness and reliability.
3. Monthly and timely regular maintenance of equipment
Monthly maintenance is carried out by equipment maintenance workers every month;
(1) Check the tightness of the chain, belt and carton conveyor belt, and press the belt with your fingers, and the chain does not have a large deviation.
(2) Check the wear of the box opening knife and replace the air filter.
(3) Check whether the motor belt is replaced.
(4) Fill the bearing with MP lubricating oil once every six months, remove the old oil before filling, and replace the bearing according to the condition of the bearing.
