1. Working principle of capsule machine
The full-automatic hard capsule filling machine adopts precision indexing gap motion capsule filling machine, and the working procedure is capsule sowing - cap body separation - filling - discarding - capsule locking - capsule outlet - mold hole cleaning, and the process is carried out in a cycle. The machine is equipped with a PLC control system with excellent performance, which has the functions of operation authority setting and electronic signature, equipment operation status and traceability record of various information during product production.
2. Main structure of automatic capsule filling machine
Mechanical part: it is composed of the upper working part composed of mechanisms such as seeding, filling, drug delivery and suction, and the lower working part composed of transmission mechanisms such as transmission mechanism, transmission chain and fine-tuning mechanism;
Pneumatic part: use the vacuum pump to separate the capsule cap, and use the industrial vacuum cleaner to clean the waste capsule dust;
Electrical part: microcomputer control technology is adopted to control the system, and frequency conversion stepless speed regulation and other devices are configured.
3. Adjustment of automatic capsule machine
Adjustment of vacuum separation device of capsule filling machine
Every time the machine runs a station, the vacuum separator moves up and down once. The vacuum slider sucks in negative pressure through the vacuum pump to separate the capsule in the mold from the cap body. In non working state, the gap between the upper mold and the lower mold is 0 ~ 0.03mm, which is adjusted by the adjusting pull rod;
Calibration of upper and lower dies of hard capsule filling machine
The adjustment of the upper and lower modules needs to be corrected at the eighth station (lock bag), and the gap between the upper and lower modules is 0 ~ 0.03mm;
Calibration method: insert the module debugging rod into the two diagonal die holes on the left and right sides of the module respectively, correct the concentricity of the upper and lower module die holes, and then tighten the screws to ensure that the adjusting rod rotates flexibly in the upper and lower die holes.
