Capsule filling machine function introduction

1. Working principle of capsule machine

 

The automatic hard capsule filling machine adopts precise dividing gap motion capsule filling machine. The working procedure is as follows: capsule seeding - cap body separation - filling - removal - locking - out - cleaning die hole, the process is carried out in cycle. The machine is equipped with a good performance of the PLC control system, with the operation authority setting and electronic signature, equipment running status and production of various information can be traced records and other functions.

 

2. Main structure of automatic capsule filling machine

 

Mechanical part: by the capsule, filling, drug delivery, suction and other institutions composed of the upper body working part and by the transmission mechanism, transmission chain, fine tuning mechanism and other transmission mechanism composed of lower body working part;

 

Pneumatic part: the use of vacuum pump suction capsule cap body separation, with industrial vacuum cleaner waste bag dust cleaning work;

Electrical part: microcomputer control technology control system, equipped with frequency conversion stepless speed regulation and other devices.

 

3. Automatic capsule machine adjustment

Adjusting vacuum separation device of capsule filling machine

 

The vacuum separator moves up and down once at each working station of the machine. Vacuum slider through vacuum pump negative pressure suction, the capsule in the mold body to separate the cap, non-working state, the upper mold and the lower mold gap is 0~0.03mm, adjusted by the adjusting rod;

Calibration of lower die of hard capsule filling machine

 

The adjustment of the upper and lower modules needs to be corrected at the eighth station (lock bag), and the gap between the upper and lower modules is 0~0.03mm;

 

Calibration method: Insert the module debugging rod into the two diagonal die holes on the left and right sides of the module respectively to correct the concentricity of the upper and lower module die holes, and then tighten the screws to ensure that the adjusting rod rotates flexibly in the upper and lower die holes.
