Common Problems Of Aluminum Plastic Machine


Aluminum plastic cartoning machine has many forms due to different manufacturers, and the performance level of products at home and abroad is also different. At present, richpacking the existing aluminum-plastic cartoning machines can be roughly divided into the following four categories: roller continuous aluminum-plastic cartoning machine, plate roller continuous aluminum-plastic cartoning machine, plate intermittent aluminum-plastic cartoning machine and plate continuous aluminum-plastic cartoning machine.


Aluminum plastic cartoning machine can be distinguished by forming and hot pressing sealing. Forming is divided into roller type and flat plate type. The effect of plate positive pressure forming is better than that of drum vacuum forming; Heat sealing is also divided into drum type and plate type. The effect of plate type hot pressing sealing is better than drum type hot pressing sealing, and drum type hot pressing sealing is better than plate type hot pressing sealing in terms of speed and reliability.


According to the production experience, it is found that the aluminum-plastic cartoning machine is easy to have problems in blister forming and hot pressing sealing. The following briefly introduces how to solve these problems.


According to the principle of blister forming, PVC film (hard sheet) is heated through the mold and formed into a blister of the required shape and size by compressed air or vacuum. Therefore, when there is a problem with the formed blister, it needs to be solved from the following aspects:


(1) Whether PVC film (hard film) is qualified;

(2) Whether the temperature of the heating device is too high or too low;

(3) Whether PVC is adhered to the surface of the heating device;

(4) Whether the forming mould is qualified, whether the forming hole is smooth and whether the air hole is unobstructed;

(5) Whether the cooling system of the forming die works normally and effectively;

(6) Whether the vacuum degree and exhaust rate of drum negative pressure forming can reach the normal value, and whether the pipeline has abnormal loss;

(7) Whether the compressed air for plate positive pressure forming is clean and dry, whether the pressure and flow can reach normal values, and whether the pipeline has abnormal loss;

(8) Whether the flat positive pressure forming die clamps the PVC belt in parallel and whether there is air leakage.
