Tablet thickness and the pressure adjustment parts of tablet press
By adjusting the upper and the lower distance of the lower pressure hand wheel, the thickness of the tablets (actually it is also the pressure) is adjusted. The pressing wheel is installed in the groove of the machine’s main body, it is sleeved on the shaft, and the outer end is connected to the control hand wheel. When adjusting the external hand wheel, these eccentric shaft will drive the lower pressure wheel to rise and fall, to adjust the thickness (pressure) of the tablets, thereby realizing the controlling of the thickness and hardness of the tablet.
Tablet press material feeding system device
This set is composed of the feeding hopper, adjusting screw, the feeder and other parts. The gap between the feeder of the tablet press machinery and the working surface of the machine turntable and the height of the hopper are adjusted according customers demands.
Transmission power unit
The transmission parts of the tablet press is composed of the motor, a synchronous pulley, a worm gear gearbox, and a test drive wheel. The motors are installed on the motor seat of the base.
The machine housing parts
The enclosure is fully enclosed, as it meets cGMP requirements. The upper parts of the work turntable is surrounded by the four windows. The tableting chamber and the transmission parts of the machine are separated by the stainless steel enclosure.
