Tablet thickness and pressure adjustment parts of tablet press

By adjusting the upper and lower distance of the lower pressure wheel, the thickness of the film (actually it is also the pressure) is adjusted. The pressing wheel is installed in the groove of the main body of the machine, it is sleeved on the eccentric shaft, and the outer end is connected to the control handwheel. When adjusting the external hand wheel, the eccentric shaft drives the lower pressure wheel to rise and fall, that is, to adjust the thickness (pressure) of the tablet, thereby realizing the control of the thickness and hardness of the tablet.

Tablet press feeding system device

This set is composed of feeding hopper, adjusting screw, feeder and other parts. The feeder is a moon-shaped grid feeder, which is installed on the turntable. The gap between the feeder of the tablet press and the working surface of the machine turntable and the height of the hopper are adjusted according to the fluidity of the particles.

Transmission power unit

The transmission part of the tablet press is composed of a motor, a synchronous pulley, a worm gear gearbox, and a test drive handwheel. The motor is installed on the motor seat of the base. When the motor starts, the working power is transmitted to the reduction worm gear through a pair of synchronous belts. The electric speed is adjusted through the stepless speed regulation of AC frequency conversion.

The enclosure is fully enclosed, as it meets GMP requirements. The upper part of the work turntable is surrounded by four windows, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance. The tableting chamber and the transmission part of the machine are separated by a stainless steel enclosure, which ensures the cleaning of the tableting chamber and protects the transmission parts from powder contamination or corrosion.
