The press shall not be used by overload; the press shall be properly grounded and separately grounded; the hydraulic oil is N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil or N46 low condensate hydraulic oil, used after filtration by 80~100 screen, the first oil change time shall not exceed two months. After oil change; for accidental leakage, sufficient hydraulic oil shall be supplemented after fault elimination.

After 200 hours, drop a drop of oil on the white filter paper and no black stains within the central point of the oil, otherwise change the oil; for the conversion function, drain the air in the system before working; keep the pressure for 2.5Mpa for 10 minutes.

The press is not allowed to correct the die during the operation; check the cleaning of the pump station and fuel tank, prohibit water, dust and foreign body into the fuel tank, and stop immediately for inspection.

The operation process of the chip press can be divided into the following steps:

1. The punch part of the downstroke (its working position is up) is extended from the lower end of the middle mold hole into the middle mold hole and sealed to the bottom of the middle mold hole;

2. Use the feeder to fill the medicine into the middle mold hole;

3. The flush head (its working position is down) falls into the middle mold hole from the upper end of the middle mold hole, and goes down the stroke to press the powder into pieces;

4. Lift out of the hole.Go down and push the tablet out of the middle mold hole to complete a tablet pressing process;

5. Go down to situ and prepare for the next filling.

Plate press is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, ceramics, food, electronics, plastics and powder metallurgy and other industries.The tablet press is suitable for pressing various kinds of granular raw materials into round pieces, or into different geometries, specially used for small-scale mass production.Not suitable for the suppression of semi-solid, moist molecules, and particle-free fine powders.
