Tablet Press Turntable
The turntable of the rotary type tablet press is a circular turntable, and the upper and lower die holes and the middle die holes are evenly distributed over the entire circumference. With the rotation of the main drive shaft, the horizontally fixed punch moves up and down along the guide rail, and finally completes the tablet pressing process. As the main working part of the tablet press, some common failures will occur in the continuous working process:
(1) The lack of coaxiality of the upper and lower die holes and the middle die holes due to long-term wear: the main reason for this phenomenon is the increase of moving friction, and the serious result may lead to normal operation, so the turntable must be replaced.
(2) The rotary motion in the turntable affects the filling or outlet work. The rotary motion on the worktable is usually fixed on the turntable by setting the cone lock block.
(3) If the wire rope at the top of the middle die is loose, it will cause the middle die to move upwards and cause the feeder to wear. The upper thread of the intermediate die is a wear part. The intermediate die cannot be fixed for a long time and should be replaced in time.
