What Should Be Checked Before The High-Speed Rotary Tablet Press Is Used?
Before using the high-speed rotary tablet press, it is necessary to repeatedly check the quality of the die, whether there are missing edges, cracks, deformation and incomplete tightness, and whether the device is complete and good. Check whether the powder of the granule raw material is dry and the powder content in the granule preferably does not exceed 10%. If unqualified, do not press hard, otherwise it will affect the normal operation and service life of the machine and the loss of raw materials. For the first test run, place the indicator pin controlled by the pressure regulator, pour the powder into the bucket, turn the test run handwheel by hands, adjust the filling and pressure at the same time, and gradually increase the weight and hardness of the tablet to meet the requirements of the finished product. Then start the motor first, then open the clutch, and start the production. During the production process, the quality of the tablets must be checked regularly to see if they meet the requirements, and adjustments should be made if necessary. Managers must be familiar with the technical performance of the machine, the internal structure, the use principle of the control mechanism and the working place during operation, in order to prevent damage to the machine and ensure safe production as a premise.
