Installation Confirmation Content Of Rotary Tablet Press Machine
The installation confirmation of rotary tablet press mainly includes:
① Press the operating manual of the tablet machine to check the installation of the machine, and confirm whether the anti vibration pad of the machine is installed in place, whether the machine is calibrated horizontally, and whether a space of more than 2m is reserved around the machine and at the height;
② The automatic tablet press shall determine whether the ambient temperature and humidity meet the GMP requirements of 18 ~ 26 ℃ and 45% ~ 65% relative humidity. The dust tester shall be used to determine whether the air cleanliness reaches the 300000 level;
③ Check the supporting conditions of auxiliary facilities according to the operating instructions of the full-automatic tablet press, such as whether the power supply, powder suction box, tablet screening machine and feeder are complete;
④ The commissioning of the rotary tablet press is mainly to visually check whether the material flow regulating device, pressure regulating device, filling regulating device, tablet thickness regulating device, speed regulating device, etc. have obvious regulating effects, and whether there is any failure or out of control;
⑤ No load operation test of tablet tablet press, idle for 1 ~ 2H, check whether the operation is stable, whether there is abnormal noise, and whether the instrument is reliable according to the technical indicators and standards
