What Is The Difference Between The Structure Of A Double-Color Tablet Press And An Ordinary Tablet Press Machine?
The high-speed rotary double-color tablet press machine is to press two different colors of materials into one tablet, and the pressed materials will not interfere to each other, and the layers are clear. Because of the demands to achieve double-color tablet pressing, there are some differences between the tablet press machine of our Richpacking’s machine and the ordinary tablet press in many aspects, such as:
1. The upper pressure wheel frame structure
The upper cover of the multi-punch automatic rotary double-color tablet press machine is a one-piece casting. The groove is equipped with a pressure wheel, that is mounted on the crankshaft. A mechanical linkage rod is attached to the spring at the outer end of the shaft
2. The upper running rail device
The guide plates of the turntable are disc-shaped, and a heat-treated guide rails are arranged around it.
3. The drive shaft is equipped with the clutch device
The drive shaft of the fully automatic rotary double-color tablet press is installed horizontally in the bearing bracket, and there is a conical disc clutch behind the machinery, the rotary handle control switch and the emergency stop, the contact of the clutch is transmitted through the pressure of a coil spring.
