Blister Packaging Machines Advantages And Disadvantages - Of Disc Brushing

Simply put, disc brush feeding means that the material is gently swept into the prefabricated blister by brushes and rollers. It has the following significant advantages:
1. Simple structure. The disc brush, roller and governor form a finished disc brush feeder, which can be done by almost all factories;
2. The operation is very simple. The governor can directly control the speed of the disk brush without other complicated operations;
3. Low production cost. The whole disc brush is mainly made of stainless steel, brush and roller, and the cost is low;
4. Fast delivery, because of its low technical threshold and low manufacturing cost, it can be quickly delivered to customers;
But the disc brush blanking also has its own shortcomings:
1. When the disk brushing speed is too fast, part of the material cannot fully enter the prefabricated blister, which will lead to the appearance of cavitation. At this time, an inspector will need to manually replenish the material;
2. The disc brush is not suitable for those materials with irregular shapes. If the size of the packaged material is too small, the disc brush is also not suitable.
