Do Not Let External Factors Interfere With The Operation Of The Counting Machine
Each counting machine has its own specifications during the production process, such as counting speed, counting degree, counting type, etc., but this is the data after laboratory testing. In the future, when we actually use a granulator, the data may be biased or inaccurate due to various factors. So how should we try to avoid these external factors that affect test data as much as possible?
1. The influence of external factors
Keep the counting machine horizontal to avoid unevenness. Secondly, it can be preheated for 5-10 minutes to maintain a stable and normal working state of the counting machine. Operators should pay attention to the feeding situation in a timely manner.
2. The influence of counting materials
(1) Set appropriate oscillation frequencies for capsules, tablets, and pills.
(2) Due to the continuous accumulation of dust and particles, it is necessary to clean the automatic counting machine in a timely manner to avoid affecting the accuracy of the counting machine.
3. The impact of the granulator itself
(1) For some materials with larger volumes, adding primary baffles can be considered to improve the efficiency of particle counting to a certain extent.
(2) Pay attention to the impact of static electricity on the equipment. Non polar materials can be installed, and the connection between the grounding power cord and the equipment can be increased in the shielding layer of the falling material, which can effectively solve the impact of static electricity.
4. Parameter setting of the counting machine
For different types of materials, you can use it to adjust the particle quantity and conveying speed. Especially for some larger materials, the speed of the granulator can be appropriately reduced. The equipment must be maintained in good working condition, which is a habit that technical personnel must develop in daily life.
