Working Process Of The Tablet Press Machine When It Press Double Layers Tablet
Double-layer tablets consist of two layers of different or identical formulations compressed into a single tablet. This process involves a specialized tablet press machine designed for such purposes. Here's an overview of the working process:
1.Raw material Preparation:
First, the formulations for both the top and bottom layers of the double-layer tablet are prepared separately. These formulations can contain different active ingredients or excipients.
