Common Problem and Answer of DXDF Powder Packing Machine

Organization adjustment and accident treatment method:

1.Part of the machine doesn’t work.

 1) Generator or connecting wire is cut off: connect the wire. If generator doesn’t work, change it.

 2) Generator or decelerator pulley keeper loosens, screw loosens, causing generator’s idle running. Check and fasten, securing nut and screw.

 3) Fuse wire burned off. Change with another fuse of the same ampere.

 4) Connecting screw and bonding of toothed wheel or latch become loose. Refasten the loose screw and bonding. Start checking from generator, according to running order.

 5) Something unknown falls in toothed wheels and other parts. If so, generator will give out some unusual sound. If not deal with it immediately, generator is easily to burn down.Take out the unknown matter.

  6) Too great pressure on lateral and longitudinal seal parts; span adjustment is too small.

2.The horizontal sealing roller don’t turn.

 Reason: Don’t add oil timely into the bearing, and the bush is failure, so please a new one.

3.The failure of material feeding.

 Reason: The time of material feeding is not coodinated with the horizontal sealing, should adjust the time of material feeding.

4. The failure of cutter.

 1)Cant cut off membrane

Reason 1) Unsuitable distance between lateral seal part pressure or span.

 Resolution: R0eadjust the distance 0.01mm. 

 2)Edge of Cut-off Knife Broken:If small, grind with oilstone; if big, repair with grinding machine

5.The failure of hot sealing roller

 Reason:1. Temperature is not suitable, and the pressure of push spring and pressure is uneven. 

 Adjust:1.Adjust the temperature according to the charateristic of packing materials, when the temperature is too low, it is easy to peel the bag. The pressure of hot sealing roller is adjusted by the press spring, which can realize the suitable temperature and pressure.

6.The failure of electric components

(1)Too strong hot seal current or fuse wire burned off 

 Reason: short-circuit in electric heater or hot seal circuit 

(2)Hot seal block is not hot

 Reason: 1) Heating wire burns off 

                2) Hot seal fuse wire fuses

                3) Failure in thermal control unit.
                4) Failure in relay.

 (3) Hot Seal Block Temperature out of Control. Temperature is too high.

 Reason: 1) Temperature-sensing wire does not energize

              2) Failure in inner part of thermal control unit

              3)Unadjusted temperature control table
