Common Problems and Solutions of Packing Line
A. Temperature of shrink machine rise slowly or can’t reach the higher temperature(160°C).
Check if the connection of magnetic switch is normally. If it don’t pass one phrase, it will appear the above phenomenon. If it is normal, please check the meter, make sure each phrase is the same with the ohmic value. If it is short-circuited, it is normal. If each phrase are connected, but the line or heater pipe still abnormal, should replace the heater.
B.When appear the mistake cutting of shrink machine, how to solve this problem?
The bunding shrinking will effect the detection of electric eye. It can adjust the angle of electric eye.
C. The packing material is easy to shift, unable to properly feed.
When the packing material is shifting, should adjust the position of film roll and the intensive equalizing bar. If it still not work, should adjust the angle of triangle plate. For example: the upper material deviation from the material clip chain, can clockwise adjust the triangle plate; the lower material deviation from the material clip chain, can counterclockwise adjust the triangle plate.
