A. Operation and Maintenance

1. The machine can be rotated forward and backward, forward ratory is used for making pill, backward is for cleaning and wiping the machine.

2. Well mixing the materials, if it is too hard, the materials will slip between the two roller and can’t make out pill. If it is too soft, it will sticky with the roller, and it is hard to clean the machine.

3.Check the rotary is normal before use machine, and then use wet towel wipe the two rollers, so that the rollers(press roller and making strip roller) are wet enough, then the materials won’t sticky with the rollers.

4.The two rollers that mean the pill making rollers can be wiped by wet towel or coated with oil, should keep clean of the surface, and can’t have dirty, ensure the pill is smooth.

5. After making out the drug strip, horizontal put the strip between the two pill making rollers, the strip will rotary with the roller and then make out pill.
