1, if the pressure is difficult to boost, or a drop too fast, the user should check the pump motor, reducer check valve: If the unloading fails, inspect solenoid valve: If the regulator is not good, check the accumulator.
2, if lifting fails, the user should check whether the throttle valve adjustment, blockage, oil leakage tubing, pressure is too low, remember that throttle valve cannot be adjusted too fast, lifting speed must be slow.
3, if the plugging material, pause, reconnect the power supply, pressure relief, pressure wheel reversal, or the funnel rises, remove the plugging material, put off the hopper material reinstall, reduce the feeding speed, speed up the film, to normal operation, in continuous production.
4, if the feeding is difficult, check the triangle belt tension: feeding screw and funnel whether blocking card: whether the material is exceeding critical speed: whether the material proportion is too light: or the material humidity is too small or too large.
5, If the qualified product rate is low, whether the tablet is too loose, the whole grain speed is too fast, whether broken nets.
6, The people from equipment section, production section should be familiar with the production process specifications, familiar with the equipment performance, maintenance and other knowledge to keep the equipment in good working condition.
